School Pilot Program

We're partnering with a small number of primary schools to bring Little Legends into the classroom. This is a structured pilot — not a giveaway. We're looking for schools that want to be part of something from the beginning.

K–6 Primary Schools NSW — Term 2, 2026 Emotional Regulation Limited Places

A classroom pilot built around emotional regulation.

Little Legends is a series of comic books designed to help primary school children understand and manage their emotions. Each book follows a character navigating a real emotional challenge — anger, fear, anxiety, distraction — with a story, reflection activities, and discussion prompts built in.

We're not dropping boxes of books and walking away. We're looking for teachers who will actually use them and tell us honestly what works. In return, we supply the comics, we listen, and we build something better.

This is what the first stage of a real school partnership looks like.

The Characters

Each character gives students a shared language for emotions they already experience.

The Format

Each comic book comes with a reflection guide and classroom activities. Designed to be used independently by the teacher — no training or facilitation required from us.

The Research Behind It

Social and emotional learning programs in Australian primary schools show measurable improvements in student wellbeing, classroom behaviour, and academic outcomes. Little Legends is built on that evidence base.

Three stages. One term at a time.

01
Term 1 — Seed

Free to One Class

We provide 25–30 copies of the Little Legends comic to one class or year group at no cost. The teacher uses it how they see fit. At the end of term we ask for informal feedback and, if useful, a brief written testimonial.

02
Terms 2–3 — Expand

Subsidised to a Second Class

If the response is positive, we offer to supply a second class or year group at a subsidised or cost-price rate. We begin building a more structured arrangement with the school.

03
Term 4 / Year 2 — Convert

Formal School Partnership

We propose a school purchase, P&C funding, or an ongoing licence arrangement for continued classroom use. By this point the product has proven itself and the school has made an informed decision.

What the school receives. What we ask in return.

This is a partnership, not a promotion. Both sides bring something to it.

📚

25–30 Comic Books

One full class set of the Little Legends comic — enough for every student to have their own copy. Professionally printed, saddle-stitched, full colour.

📋

Reflection Guides and Activities

Each comic comes with a structured reflection guide and classroom activities aligned to the Personal and Social Capability strand of the Australian Curriculum.

🎯

Classroom-Ready Format

No training required. No facilitation from us. The materials are designed to be picked up and used by any primary school teacher without additional preparation.

🤝

Direct Access to the Team

You'll have a direct line to us throughout the pilot. If something isn't working, we want to know. This is a genuine development partnership, not a one-way transaction.

What we ask in return

We keep it simple. We're not asking for data collection, formal research participation, or anything that creates extra work for already busy teachers.

  • Informal feedback at the end of term — what worked, what didn't, how students responded
  • A brief written testimonial if the teacher finds it genuinely useful
  • Permission to reference the school by name in future materials (optional)

Primary schools in NSW ready to try something different.

We're starting in NSW and expanding from there. We're looking for schools where at least one teacher is genuinely interested in social and emotional learning — not just willing to participate, but curious about what good SEL looks like in practice.

The right teacher matters more than the right school. One enthusiastic teacher beats five indifferent ones.

  • NSW primary schools, K–6
  • Year 2–4 classrooms preferred for the initial pilot
  • Teacher-led — no external facilitation required
  • Public, Catholic, and independent schools all welcome
  • Limited places available for Term 2, 2026

A note on framing

We ask that schools treat this as a pilot rather than a donation. That means using the materials as intended, providing honest feedback, and approaching it as a professional evaluation rather than a gesture of goodwill.

In return, we treat your school as a genuine partner — not a case study, not a marketing asset, not a tick in a box. Your feedback shapes the product. Your experience shapes what happens next.

If it works, we'll be back. If it doesn't, we'll be honest about why.
