• Name, email address, phone number, and postal/shipping address — when you place an order or contact us
• Payment information — processed securely by Square, our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details

• Process and fulfil your order, including printing shipping labels and arranging delivery
• Respond to enquiries, quotes, and support requests
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations (e.g. GST records)

Who We Share It With

• Square — processes payments and stores order/transaction records on our behalf
• Australia Post or other couriers — receive your name and delivery address to ship your order
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — see "Analytics and Advertising" below
• Google and Microsoft — provide the website analytics tools described below

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Analytics and Advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and whether our ads are working. These tools collect information such as the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, and your device and browser type. Microsoft Clarity creates session recordings of how visitors move through the site; text typed into forms is masked and not recorded.

When you place an order, we share limited order details with Meta through its Conversions API — the order value and a scrambled (hashed) version of your name, email address and phone number — so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta cannot read the scrambled details directly.

You can manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Children's Privacy

Our products are designed for children, but our website and checkout are intended for use by parents, carers, and other adults making a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. Payment processing is handled entirely by Square's secure systems — we never see or store your full card details.

How Long We Keep It

We retain order and transaction information for as long as required to meet our tax and business record-keeping obligations under Australian law.
